Photo documentation of complaints – how to do it right
In order to keep the costs of postal delivery to a minimum, we require three clear photos from you that show at least 15% of the goods received.
Please note:
In exceptional cases, we reserve the right to send up to 10% of the goods by post for inspection to request.
How to photograph defective copies correctly:
- Show the affected areas clearly and sharply
- Make sure you have good lighting
- Place the goods on a neutral background
- Show the overall impression (not just detailed shots)
